The bank commenced operations in Kenya in July 2004, after acquiring the Kenyan branch of Credit Agricole Indosuez, a large international French bank which had operated in the country for over 20 years. The bank has a wide network of 29 branches countrywide. The Bank has also recently opened 2 Business Centers in Nairobi and Mombasa to cater for enterprise clients. The Business Centre in Nairobi is located at BOA House, Karuna Close, off Waiyaki way, Westlands, and the one in Mombasa is located in the Palli House on Nyerere Avenue.
