Do you have a money-back guarantee?

Yes. The rules governing refunds are outlined in the Sharemoney User Agreement. If for some reason we cannot complete your transfer, we will refund your transaction in full. Please allow 5-10 days for the refund to go through. For additional questions or requests, please contact us directly by phone or email.

How do I protect myself from scams?

We recommend that you only transfer money to people you know personally. Unfortunately, Internet scammers often rely on money transfer companies to obtain your money. Although Sharemoney has a whole team dedicated to detecting scams and fraudulent transactions, we recommend that you practice due diligence and avoid transferring to anyone you haven't met. Scammers may try to persuade you to send them money by promising higher returns in the future, but deals like that are almost always "too good to be true".
